we had quite a treat Tuesday. my parents and my sister Kristi and her 2 kids came to visit us. dad was working on a clock with a fella from Pell City, and on his way back home, he stopped to let me check his eyes at Sam's. then, the whole crew stopped at the house for supper before heading back to Montgomery. we had such a good time.

The pics are so good! The kids did really well to have been out ALL day and having little sleep time! The dinner was wonderful! Thanks, Brooke, for going out of your way to feed all of us! It was so good to visit with you two, and remember we love you! (You know, Rick, that G'daddy had a really advanced retinal detaction, didn't he?)
I love the picture of Brooks - that has really been him feeling good for the past 2 weeks. The kids are in Mobile and I miss them already (they left last night). We had the BEST time laughing with you guys! BTW - Scott's vacation is the week after next... not the end of July - is that OK?
